Father's Day, Baby Dedication, and this Week's Menu

We had baby/parent dedication at New Community this morning. Wow! We had lots of babies, kids, and parents participate. It was so awesome. We dedicated Parker Reese and Preston. They were both baptized as infants in the Lutheran church, but this was a special day. Ms. Dawn gave us a letter to tuck away for both of them for when they are ready to accept Jesus as their savior.

After church we made a special lunch for Jeremiah. No steak on the menu today because he just had his wisdom teeth removed. We had tomato soup, cheese crescent rolls, and Extreme Moose Tracks. For dinner I made BBQ Pork (thank you grandma and grandpa), baked beans, sliced watermelon, and banana pudding. We shared our dinner with the Mixon's and swam for a few hours. It was so much fun.

Here's the menu for this week for those of you who asked:
Sunday: Tomato Soup, Cheesy Crescent Rolls (slice white american into two triangles and place one-half inside each crescent roll before rolling)
Monday: Soft Tacos
Tuesday: Ravioli (we buy the frozen bag) just boil and add sauce
Wednesday: Pecan Chicken
Thursday: BBQ Pork - in the crock pot
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Salsa Chili
