Last night we had the privilege of having Dinner at Mimi's Cafe and then wen to O2 at our church, 12Stone. I say it was a privilege because Terri kept the boys overnight for us so that we wouldn't have to wake them late at night, put them in the carseats, and try to get them back to bed. The boys had a blast. They played outside, rode in the golf cart, watched Veggie Tales, ate Ms. Terri's home-made Macaroni and Cheese and all four kids camped out in one room. Parker was so exhausted he fell asleep on the couch around 8pm and didn't wake up until 7:30 this morning! We love Terri and Sam. Thanks for giving us a night out.
Today we had a play date with Preston's Godparents, the DiMuzio's, at Duncan Creek Park. We decided to take Sigma, our yellow lab, along with us. We don't normally take Sigma to many places, but he sensed that we were once again getting ready to leave him and so I felt sorry for him. He was the star at the park. I think over 30 kids and parents petted him today. He was in need of some attention. We are gone A LOT so he really enjoyed playing at the park. It was a beautiful day. We had a picnic lunch on quilts and chased all 5 kids around. Well, Bella sat patiently in the stroller while the other 4 ran, climbed, jumped, swang, slid, etc. It was a wonderful time.
