Appointment

Preston has a routine of checking the mail when we come home from school each day.  What a surprise we got today - two envelopes from USCIS stating that we have our appointment to have our biometrics taken at the end of this month! 

 In the adoption world of strange lingo that we still aren't too familiar with, this means that we have received our I-797C, Notice of Action form from the Department of Homeland Security.  It also means that our I800A form has been received/our application for Determination of Suitability to Adopt a Child from China.  

I'm going to attempt to load a timeline of all that we've done so far with the adoption so everyone can understand the process better.  I had a long bible study tonight so I got home later than expected.  Hope everyone enjoys the new pictures.  They are growing up so fast!
