We sent off our homestudy and I800A to CCAI this week. What does this mean? This means that they will now check everything over and send our paperwork to the Department of Homeland Security. Our next step will be to get an appointment with USCIS, immigration, downtown Atlanta. I'm not clear how long this takes. I think it takes several months to get an appointment.

Now, I just need Farrah to help us finish up the Dossier!!! Hint, hint...I think we are probably the slowest couple in history to complete the Dossier since we don't have the ability to be on the phone or to run errands during the day. We will get it done! Once our Dossier is logged in we have at least 36 months to wait...we are anticipating longer.
